Returns for Exchange Only

   We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, but only for exchanges (e.g., size or color).

  To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags intact
  • Free of stains, scents, or visible damage
No Refunds

We do not offer refunds.
If the requested replacement is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for future use.

Return Delivery

Customers are responsible for the cost of return delivery.
We recommend using a tracked courier to ensure safe return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We’ll resolve it promptly.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return for exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp.
    Include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • The item(s) you want to return

    • Reason for return

    • Preferred replacement (size, color, or item)

  2. Wait for return approval.
    If your item is eligible, we’ll respond with approval and send you our return delivery address.

  3. Ship your item using a tracked courier of your choice.
    Customers are responsible for return delivery costs.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit (if preferred item is unavailable).
